The firm

ThirdGate Capital Global Management is a private investment firm deploying its own proprietary capital across public and private markets. Because the capital is permanent, we are not bound by fundraising cycles, redemption windows or fixed exit dates.
That freedom lets us take positions others avoid: complex structures, overlooked geographies and situations where time, rather than leverage, is the source of return. We invest across the capital structure, from senior debt to common equity, and hold for as long as the thesis holds.
Our team works from six offices in New York, Kenya, London, Mauritius, Singapore and Switzerland, operating as a single investment committee.
